Students will be added to SchoolCity when they are added in Discovery.

Gradebook
Students appear in Gradebook as soon as they are added to Discovery. If your homeroom isn't accurate, have the school office add or drop the student in Discovery. You can do this in Gradebook yourself by going to Settings, clicking on Concepts and then entering the name of the student at the bottom of the list. For questions, come talk with me or email PJ Steele.

SAGE
Students appear in SAGE two days after they are in Discovery. Teachers do not have the authorization to add or delete students. If a student is not in SAGE, but Discovery is correct, email the student name and SSID# to Danece Mangone. SSID#s are found in Discovery. Login cards can be printed there also. Teachers can reset student passwords in the class roster in SAGE (after they are reset, the student will be prompted to change the password again when he or she logs in, so a generic password is best).

GoMath
Names are loaded into GoMath on Wednesday afternoons, so it can take from one to seven days for a new student to be loaded in.
Assigning Tests: To assign a test in GoMath, go to Settings > Manage Classes > Assignments > Manage List > Select Assignment & Add Students
Assigning Students: Settings > Manage Classes > Select Class > Assign Students > Add Students to Your Class Roster > Click Done.
After loading a new student to your class, you still need to assign them the test. For additional help, contact me or Dee Rigdon.
Password Reset: If a password has been changed but needs to be reset, go to the teacher roster and find the reset password column.
You can only add or delete students from your class, not the source list (meaning if they haven't been added to GoMath in general, they can't be added to your roster, etc.).

Utah Compose
After a student has been in Discovery, it usually takes an additional two days for him or her to be added to Utah Compose. If students are in Discovery and it's been more than two days, let me know. Chrome or Firefox work best when accessing Utah Compose (not Internet Explorer).

Imagine Learning
As soon as a student is in Discovery and has a student ID#, he or she can be added. To add a student: Log in to Manager. Click Set Up > Student. Highlight the appropriate group. Click Create New Student. Fill in the student's information. Click OK. (Non-ELL students in grades K-3 will need to have K3 added in front of their student IDs as there are no licenses for non-ELL students above 3rd grade.). For additional help, contact Nikki Kopfman.
Each year, all students need to be reassigned to their current grade level. To do this, log in as Manager > Double Heads > Set Up & Students > Your group. Highlight all students and click Edit Student Details in the right column, then change the grade level.
